Can't move forward without taking some steps forward. Looking forward (not behind), with new tools, helps you gently leave the past where it is. It also helps you live in the present.
Often before we get to 25 we can already stop dreaming. Things are not turning out the way we thought. Reframing helps with tools - so you can dream again.
To be able to create, we need a blank canvas and a vision. If we have no vision, no tools, we tend to go in circles.
Mental health is filtering or clearing out the things you don't want - so there is room for growth, change, new people, new experiences and more.
Illness --- so much information now what? Whether an illness is short term, long term, or unknown - waiting for the test results is difficult. And what if the Dr. is wrong?
Funeral / Celebration of Life - is a closure of what the relationship was (positives & negatives), finding completeness in it takes tools and a dedicated piece of time. Missing out in this step doesn't allow you to move forward. There is no quick fix to avoid grief. You have to go through it.
